For registration form

• Two passport size photographs of the child will be required.

• Xerox copy of Aadhar Card/Birth Certificate.

At the time of Admission

• One passport size photograph of the child and parents will be required.

• Xerox copy of the birth certificate (Municipality/Block/Gov. Hospital).

• Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card.

• Blood Group Report

• Attach Transfer certificate (Original) for classes I – VIII from the previous school. For classes II and above PEN number (EMIS No.) has to be mentioned.

Note: The admission to the school is open to all irrespective of caste, creed or religion. Relationship for admission to classes Nursery to VIII usually takes place between 15 January and 30th March. No admission is made until the student has passed a test for the essential class subjects. A student who has attended a recognized school cannot be admitted without a school Leaving (Transfer) Certificate from the school last attended.

• Admission is strictly based on the performance in the Entrance Test.

• The date of birth of a child that has been once declared in the Registration/Admission form and also in the Birth Certificate will not be changed under any circumstances.
